Our comprehensive Gateway Services encompass airfreight handling, passenger services, ramp handling, baggage handling, aviation security services, aircraft interior and exterior cleaning as well as cruise centre management. Our Food Solutions include airline catering, institutional and remote catering, aviation laundry as well as food distribution and logistics.

Air Cargo Handling
With 70 years of experience and expertise, SATS understands our customers and offers complete solutions for the most complex of needs. Having the largest network in the region, SATS is present at 60 airports and 14 countries across Asia and the Middle East, and operates in more than 25 airfreight terminals in the region. Harnessing our scale and connectivity, we move airfreight of all kinds in the most seamless, efficient manner, within the shortest time possible.
Headquartered in Singapore, SATS supports one of the world’s busiest air cargo operations at Singapore Changi Airport. With a total of six airfreight terminals, a Cargo iQ quality programme and ISO 9001 certification, we handle more than 85% of the airfreight volume that comes through Changi. We provide airfreight, mail, express and courier services to more than 300 international and local freight forwarders. At the heart of our operations is an experienced professional team committed to quality, and supported by advanced technology and automated state-of-the-art systems.
• Airfreight Handling
SATS offers a wide range of solutions to meet the challenges of handling cargo efficiently and effectively, using our in-house developed warehouse management system - COSYS+ together with other advanced technologies such as RFID system, automated material handling systems, and a web-based warehouse management system for real-time flight and shipment tracking. SATS has also implemented a one-stop e-Acceptance initiative, which has transformed the use of paper export cargo lodgement process into a more efficient, digitalised one.
• SATS Coolport: Perishable and Pharmaceutical Handling
Strategically located within the Free Trade Zone, SATS Coolport is Asia’s first on-airport perishables handling centre, delivering exceptional handling standards and ensuring a reliable and secure cold-chain for import, export and transhipment perishable airfreight. SATS Coolport offers a suite of value-added services such as regional distribution, dry ice replenishment, multi-modal transportation, inventory management and e-services. It is also accredited by IATA as the world’s first Centre of Excellence in Pharmaceutical Handling, and the world’s first Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators (CEIV) in Pharmaceutical Handling for its initiative in upgrading infrastructure, processes and skillset to exceed expectations of the stringent handling requirements of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical airfreight.In addition, SATS Coolport is IATA’s first Asia Pacific Regional Training Partner in pharmaceutical handling, and offers IATA-certified related cold-chain courses.
• SATS eCommerce AirHub: eCommerce Handling
Spanning 6,000 sqm, the SATS eCommerce AirHub leverages technology to enhance mailbag processing capacity at Singapore Changi Airport. The state-of-the-art automated airside eCommerce mail sortation hub is the region’s first and it integrates both SATS and SingPost’s airmail consignment operations under one roof. The SATS eCommerce AirHub is designed to be modular, so that throughput can be increased with incremental investment.

Our certified trainers have over 30 years of experience and are able to provide Initial, Recurrent and Awareness training on the handling of general and specialised cargo (such as Dangerous Goods, Cargo Introductory, Cargo Advance Rating and Marketing), leading up to an IATA Diploma in Air Cargo.

Nature of Business:
SATS eFulfilment Solution is a neutral B2C platform that enables Shippers & Freight Forwarders to move eCommerce goods globally in an efficient and seamless manner complete with full track & trace at parcel level. The platform leverages on SATS extensive network of partners that includes our JV companies (across major Asian airports), freight forwarders, last-mile delivery companies and customs clearing agents to complete the ecosystem for eCommerce fulfilment.
In addition, SATS provides eFacilitation services not only in Singapore but also throughout our Asian network, designed to address our customer’s pain points. These includes multi-modal handling, priority collection, cross-trade transhipment handling and more.
